{Task It Tuesday} Organizing

What is Task it Tuesday? Task it Tuesday is a weekly meme dedicated to the list makers of the blogging world 🙂 It's all about being productive and organized – on your blog and in real life (if you so chose). By sharing our lists we get instant accountability partners and also get ideas of things to add to our list (or sometimes ways to tackle tasks more efficiently).

BLOG LIFE: I NEED to get organized. I'm a highly OCD person and my need for organization is overwhelming. With that being said though... when it comes to blogging I suck at being organized. So that's where Task It Tuesday comes in this week. Here's my list of things I need to get done:

Finish updating my book spreadsheet to keep track of what I'm reading and when a review is due.

❤ Organize my Kindle: I need to delete books that I have already read.

❤ Catch up on my Netgalley reviews.

Come up with a blogging schedule.

Remember to make use of Goodreads.

Draft posts.

Real Life: I'm working on purging the house. I started in my bedroom this week and donated 5 bags of clothes that I no longer wear or like. I want to continue in the bedroom getting rid of the clutter and then work on the other rooms of the house. So much to do!

  1. I also have a spreadsheet! Mine is a tracker for what I've read and other details about the book/author, and then I have a sheet for each of my challenges. Check out My Bullet Journal post from this week to see if that helps you with your blogging schedule. I went in yesterday and updated all my books from Amazon that have been edited significantly. It took a while, but I hope it was worth it. I admire your ability to purge so diligently!! When I moved a few years ago, I did a good job of getting rid of things. Same thing when I moved in with my ex and then when I moved most recently. My mom and I were going to go through my parents' storage unit this summer (and get rid of all my dad's crap that has been in there my entire life) but time has run out. Have fun getting rid of things! It is a daunting process!
