#FitReaders Commit to Be Fit: August


I'm jumping on the #FitReaders bandwagon this month. I started Keto in June, but I want a way to keep myself accountable when it comes to working out than to have a group of fitness orientated readers.       

My goals for August are:    
  • Exercise for 30 minutes each day. This month I'll be doing the Fitness Blender workouts via Youtube while the kid is still out of school for summer. Next month, I'll be doing my workouts at Planet Fitness.
  • Daily yoga. I'll be doing yoga Monday and Wednesday-Sunday at home and Tuesdays in class.
  • Increase my water intake. 
  • Stick to Keto.
